I'll recommend tours based on your group, your interests, and your hotel location. We can do a single tour or build a multi day itinerary across La Fortuna and Guanacaste. No pressure, no salesy follow ups.
Step 3: Show Up and Have Fun
On tour day, I (or one of my hand picked guides for combo days) pick you up directly at your hotel. Modern AC vehicles, professional drivers, all logistics handled. You just bring a swimsuit, a camera, and an open mind.

Are tours private or shared?
Both. You choose. Private means just your group — any size. Open small group tours have a 10–15 person maximum and you share the per-person cost with other travelers. Open groups never feel like a bus tour because they're capped small.
What does "private tour" actually cost?
Pricing depends on group size and which tour. For example, my most booked Full Day Arenal Combo runs $190+tax per adult on the open small group basis, with private pricing scaling based on your group size. Reach out for a custom quote, usually within an hour.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes! private transfers from San Jose Airport (SJO) and Liberia Airport (LIR) to La Fortuna, Papagayo, Conchal, and Tamarindo, plus inter region transfers like La Fortuna ↔ Tamarindo and more.
How early should I book?
For high season (December–April), book 4–8 weeks ahead — especially for Christmas/New Year and Easter weeks. For shoulder/green season (May–November), 1–2 weeks ahead is usually fine.
What's the best season to visit?
December through April is the dry season — sunny, busy, higher rates. May through November is the green season — lush, less crowded, lower rates, with afternoon rain (mornings stay clear). Both are great; depends on your priorities.
Are tours suitable for kids?
Most tours are family-friendly and welcome kids. Some have minimums — Class III/IV rafting (age 12+), canyoning (age 10+), volcano craters (moderate fitness required). When you reach out, tell me your kids' ages and I'll recommend the right tours.
How do I book — can I pay online?
You book by contacting Josh directly via WhatsApp (+506 8558-1959), Facebook Messenger, or the booking form. Once your tour is confirmed, you can pay by credit card.
What if it rains?
Costa Rica's rainy season is when the rainforest is most alive. Most tours run rain or shine — we provide ponchos. The only time we cancel is for safety reasons (extreme weather), in which case we reschedule or refund.
